Abstract

La performance économique peut être définie comme l'" utilisation rationnelle à court et long termes des ressources de l'organisation, au sens de rationalité socio-économique qui est multidimensionnelle et prend en compte des critères psychosociologiques et anthropologiques pour définir la finalité de l'action économique " (Savall & Zardet, 2005 ). La performance économique, au sens de la RSE, doit pouvoir être développée en même temps que les performances sociales et environnementales.
