Abstract

Si la mondialisation de la production et des échanges commerciaux bouleverse le travail depuis vingt-cinq ans, les organisations professionnelles sont, depuis 2008, plus que jamais soumises aux aléas des marchés financiers. La déconnexion entre les performances de la production et la valeur de la capitalisation s'accentuant, les capacités d'adaptation deviennent alors prégnantes pour la survie même de l'entreprise. En conséquence, la nature et les conditions d'emploi sont en restructuration permanente (PARIENTY, 2006). Dans ce contexte compliqué de management, comment motiver des collaborateurs touchés par les incidences de ces aléas financiers sur le marché du travail? Comment gagner en efficacité et en qualité de réalisation face à des clients de plus en plus avertis et exigeants ? Quel type de management impulser ? Certaines directions générales reviennent aujourd'hui vers la base historique et fondatrice de l'entreprise : l'entrepreneuriat. Elles s'orientent alors vers des " managers entrepreneurs " et des " équipes entrepreneuriales ".
