Abstract

Lors d'une transmission d'entreprise des performances accrues peuvent apparaître dont les origines ne sont pas seulement repérables dans les compétences du repreneur ou dans l'utilisation de ressources nouvelles. Les interrogations sur ces performances nous ont conduits à l'hypothèse d'existence de compétences sous-utilisées par les cédants, faisant agir des effets de levier sur les actions du repreneur.
