CONDITIONS DE REUSSITE DE LA RESPONSABILITE SOCIALE DES ENTREPRISES (R.S.E.) Le Dirigeant Durable

Abstract

Cette communication est le sous produit d'une recherche en préparation portant sur la durabilité des méthodes de management et des managers qui nous a conduit à étudier le rôle (actions et comportements) des managers en situation de changement. La Responsabilité Sociale des Entreprises (R.S.E.) est un concept qui commence à se faire connaître et dans lequel les entreprises intègrent les préoccupations sociales, environnementales et économiques dans leurs activités et dans leurs interactions avec leurs parties prenantes sur une base volontaire. L'émergence de cette notion est liée à celle de la notion de risque dans un contexte de mondialisation et de questionnement quant à la surexploitation des ressources naturelles Michel Ogrizek (1993) Nous partons du postulat que la RSE ne peut s'imposer que par la volonté de son dirigeant. Il nous a semblé intéressant et pertinent de se préoccuper de savoir quel comportement managérial et quel type de management semblent les plus adéquats pour accompagner une démarche de R. S. E Ce type de dirigeant pourrait être nommé " Dirigeant Durable ".
