Abstract

Ce document fait le point sur une recherche en cours portant sur la durabilité des méthodes de management. Nous sommes partis de l'hypothèse qu'une méthode de management durable améliore la performance globale des organisations et permet, pour les acteurs, de concilier changement et plaisir de travailler. Pour cela nous avons considéré une méthode de management comme un être vivant, avec une genèse, une durée d'activité, une mort et pourquoi pas une vie après la mort. Nous avons choisi de nous focaliser sur une méthode de management : le Management Socio-Economique (M. S. E.) à travers certains concepts théoriques, une expérience professionnelle comme manager en entreprise, et surtout des interviews croisées de dirigeants, de cadres et employés d'entreprise et d' intervenants pratiquant ou ayant pratiqué le management socio-économique. L'avancement de cette recherche a fait émerger des hypothèses prescriptives d'amélioration de la durabilité de la méthode étudiée et des remises en perspective dans les cadres théoriques.
