CONDITIONS DE DURABILITÉ DES MÉTHODES DE MANAGEMENT Cas des projets socio-économiques

Abstract

Nous avons constaté, par notre expérience professionnelle, que chaque changement de méthode de management se traduisait par des changements d'organisation, un blocage des projets en cours, une attente de nouvelles directives, un repli sur soi des acteurs, une période d'appropriation et finalement une perte de temps dans le développement des projets et des organisations. En 1995, Alain Chauvet a recensé 132 méthodes. En 2011, certaines ont disparu ou sont passées de mode : courbe en S, OPT, Waenier, Merise....Et depuis, sont apparus le Six Sigma, Lean Management... Les changements de méthodes de management contribuent non seulement à la déstabilisation des entreprises mais aussi de leurs collaborateurs entrainant des perturbations psychologiques. Le travail est un lieu où "chacun joue son identité" (Enriquez, 2002) et plus encore l'estime de soi- même. (V Lienhart 1992) . Certains changements de méthodes de management mal gérés peuvent conduire à des catastrophes : France Télécom, Orange, Renault, La Poste....
