Abstract

Cette communication s'inscrit dans le cadre d'une poursuite de thèse. Elle se concentre sur un état de l'art sur le sujet de la reconnaissance et les cadres théoriques utilisés. Nous y posons un certain nombre de questionnements, de réflexions et d'hypothèses de recherche. Nous nous interrogeons d'une part sur la manière qu'ont les individus de reconnaître les autres personnes, d'autre part, sur les impacts de la présence ou de l'absence de la reconnaissance selon les formes qu'elle prend dans les organisations.
