Abstract

La qualité de la conception dépend de deux facteurs : l'assurance de la qualité du produit en conception (institutionnalisée dans la norme ISO 9001) et l'assurance d'une conception de qualité. Partant d'une analyse et d'un modèle de l'activité de conception, cette communication se propose de définir de façon plus détaillée cette seconde approche et d'analyser en quoi elle constitue un complément indispensable à l'application de la norme ISO 9001 en matière de manageemnt de la "qualité totale" dans le domaine de la conception.
