Abstract

Le contexte particulièrement instable et incertain des sociétés cotées françaises implique des changements nombreux sur les plans économique, organisationnel, financier, humain ou encore social. Les critères présidant aux choix de changer révèlent à la fois la nécessité de croître et d'avancer dans le sens indiqué par l'environnement, mais également la prudence à laquelle il faut se ranger lorsque les individus sont en première ligne et que l'identité même de l'organisation est menacée. Ce papier posera la question du rôle d'un tiers-médiateur dont la mission est d'accompagner un collectif dans un changement organisationnel fort et, plus précisément, celle du paradoxe naissant d'une situation où il doit à la fois veiller aux intérêts de l'organisation et des salariés. Nous appuierons notre réflexion sur le cas d'un changement de site au sein d'une société industrielle française. Nous présenterons les résultats obtenus sur le terrain en termes de performance, d'identité et de santé à partir du témoignage du Tiers, Responsable des Ressources Humaines, dont la mission aura consisté à une médiation entre les différentes parties prenantes afin de préserver le capital social des équipes et de parvenir à une amélioration effective de la performance.
