Abstract

L'objet de notre recherche est de mener une réflexion sur la discipline et la fonction du contrôle de gestion et plus particulièrement sur le rôle du contrôleur de gestion. Nous étudierons l'influence du contrôleur de gestion sur la mise en place d'un système de gestion des activités ainsi que sur la prise de décision et les influences respectives entre contrôleurs de gestion et acteurs opérationnels dans des entreprises de différents secteurs de l'économie. L'enjeu de notre recherche est tout d'abord au niveau académique d'apporter une contribution à l'évolution théorique du contrôle de gestion en abordant le thème du rôle du contrôleur de gestion. Puis, au niveau des entreprises, d'améliorer la qualité des relations internes et la coopération entre opérationnels et fonctionnels dans un contexte de conduite du changement. La méthode utilisée est une recherche-intervention et une auto-observation des pratiques dans différentes entreprises.
