Abstract

Cette recherche étudie le déploiement d'une politique RSE d'une grande entreprise d'agroalimentaire à dimension internationale à travers un projet à vocation humanitaire. Nous présentons les modalités de mise en oeuvre du projet, les politiques et démarches développées à partir de plusieurs sources : exploitation de questionnaires, entretiens et études de documents internes. Notre objectif est de montrer qu'une politique volontariste de RSE tournée vers l'environnement externe ne peut fonctionner concrètement que si les valeurs véhiculées sont aussi orchestrées par le management, soit supportées/instrumentalisées/animées en interne. En d'autres termes, nos cas d'illustration nous permettent de montrer en particulier que le rôle des parties prenantes internes, la culture d'entreprise, l'identité et les valeurs sont autant de leviers pour concrétiser l'ancrage d'une vision interne responsable au service d'une cause externe.
