Indicateurs et pilotage d'une politique de RSE : de l'instrumentation à l'appropriation instrumentée

Abstract

Souvent analysées au travers d'un spectre les qualifiant tantôt de démarches stratégiques, ou commerciales, les politiques et actions de Responsabilité Sociale de l'Entreprise (RSE) s'inscrivent dans le cadre d'un positionnement de l'entreprise comme " affaire de société " (Sainsaulieu, 1990). Ce positionnement traduit la présence d'entreprises qui ont vécu un changement de type " isomorphisme normatif " (Bollecker et Mathieu, 2008) dans le cas de structures qui décident volontairement d'adhérer à de nouveaux standards nationaux ou internationaux de production ou de commercialisation. Ce positionnement peut aussi s'inscrire dans un " isomorphisme coercitif " (Bollecker et Mathieu, 2008) où, sous le poids de contraintes, les entreprises et organisations adaptent leur stratégie et in fine le système de mesure de leurs performances en intégrant des indicateurs sociaux et/ou sociétaux. C'est de ce dernier positionnement dont il sera fait état dans cette communication à travers l'exposé d'outils de gestion utilisés dans une entreprise de l'agro-alimentaire. Ce cas illustre quel traitement managérial et quels indicateurs peuvent être mobilisés pour permettre à l'entreprise d'insuffler une dynamique responsable en créant des normes et des pratiques rénovées de gestion des hommes et des activités. Notre objectif est de questionner les conditions de pérennité de ces pratiques et d'analyser les méthodes et politiques qui permettent leur ancrage interne.
