demás de sus métodos específicos que la definen como neoliberalismo, la nueva fase del capitalismo debe interpretarse con referencia a sus objetivos: restituir el poder y los ingresos de las clases dominantes. La difícil definición de una nueva estrategia en los albores de la crisis de 2001, debe evaluarse en esta perspectiva de clase, con aspectos nacionales e internacionales. La pesificación (lo contrario de la dolarización), la depreciación del peso y la cancelación de parte de la deuda pública señalan un cambio dramático, que cuestiona varias opciones básicas neoliberales. Pero los intereses de las clases dominantes se encuentran, nuevamente, en la palestra.
