Abstract

Cette étude porte sur les méthodes d'évaluation de l'entreprise les plus couramment employées par les bureaux de recherche qui suivent les valeurs du SBF 120. Basée sur la revue de 142 rapports d'analyse financière, celle-ci révèle une application quasi systématique de la méthode des Discounted Cash Flows (DCF) et, en revanche, de fortes disparités dans l'application ou le choix des multiples de comparaison boursière.
