Abstract

Cette étude porte sur la méthode des multiples en évaluation d'entreprise. Fondée sur l'analyse comparée des taux d'erreur de l'évaluation résultant de l'application des multiples de valeur d'entreprise les plus usuels (Chiffre d'affaires, Ebitda et Ebit), la démarche adoptée peut être utilement mise en œuvre par les experts, les investisseurs ou les analystes financiers afin d'améliorer la pertinence de leur évaluation.
