Abstract

Les entreprises laissent souvent croire qu'elles se saisissent délibérément et authentiquement des sujets ayant trait à la responsabilité sociale, par des pratiques discursives néanmoins éloignées de la réalité. La question de la qualité de la gestion des ressources humaines dans une entreprise n'échappe pas à cette interrogation sur sa réelle authenticité ou sur son caractère superficiel. Sans un mariage harmonieux entre les pratiques de la fonction RH spécialiste et le management hiérarchique d'une organisation, la qualité de la gestion des personnes s'en trouve affectée et, partant moins respectueuse, moins féconde et moins durable.
