L'effet de la confiance sur la relation information multidimensionnelle et prise de décision : cas de l'achat d'actions en bourse sur Internet

Abstract

Cet article a pour objectif de comprendre le comportement de l'investisseur individuel en bourse. Dans un premier temps, nous avons essayé d'analyser l'environnement informationnel de l'investisseur, c'est-à-dire décrire l'information multidimensionnelle mise à sa disposition. Cette information est caractérisée par un support (Boursorama et Zonebourse), une source (professionnelle ou pas) et une nature (tableaux, conseils, graphiques) qui vont influencer la confiance de l'investisseur individuel. Dans un deuxième temps, nous avons analysé la confiance en ligne envers les informations reçues et nous avons déduit que cette confiance est une relation d'échange entre un individu et des informations financières traitées avec une forme particulière et avec des sources différentes (professionnelle ou non). Ainsi cette confiance va avoir un impact sur la décision d'achat d'actions en bourse sur Internet.
