Abstract

La gestion de carrière est l'un des domaines de la Gestion des Ressources Humaines dans lesquels les responsables hiérarchiques ont un rôle essentiel. Les services de GRH s'appuient sur eux pour identifier, notamment à l'occasion des entretiens annuels, les possibilités d'évolution de leurs collaborateurs. La complémentarité des rôles de la personne, de sa hiérarchie et de la Direction des Ressources Humaines ressort clairement. La gestion des carrières doit s'adapter aux caractéristiques de l'entreprise et aux diverses populations qui la composent. Pour répondre à ces besoins, Le chapitre propose trois principes de base : identifier les compétences et les potentiels, anticiper et innover
