Abstract

Au sein de l'industrie pharmaceutique, le groupe Pierre Fabre développe et commercialise des produits pour les marchés du médicament, de la santé familiale et de la dermo-cosmétique. Dans un contexte économique difficile, le groupe continue à se développer et voit son chiffre d'affaires progresser. Ce travail tente de montrer en quoi et comment l'introduction d'une Fondation dans le mode de gouvernance et la conception de l'organisation qu'elle sous-entend se traduisent de manière cohérente au sein de l'entreprise à travers les comportements des salariés et les pratiques managériales. C'est l'adéquation du mode de gouvernance et de la culture de l'entreprise qui fait des Laboratoires Pierre Fabre un groupe à la gestion atypique qui n'en reste pas moins performant
