Abstract

Le bon fonctionnement du service public hospitalier implique une bonne gestion des établissements de santé garantissant que soient utilisés au mieux des moyens financiers et humains qui leur sont alloués. Il est dès lors fondamental de pouvoir détecter au plus tôt des établissements qui pourraient être confrontés à des difficultés financières mettant en péril leur équilibre, voire leur survie
