La " Coopétition " au sein des Pôles de Compétitivité : Manager la co-innovation par des alliances stratégiques

Abstract

Notre communication traite spécifiquement de la façon de coopérer au sein des pôles de compétitivité dont la création récente est porteuse d'interrogations diverses, notamment en matière de gouvernance et de conduites managériales. Si ces pôles n'ont plus à démontrer leur intérêt politique, stratégique, économique et financier, mais aussi social en constituant des bassins d'emplois significatifs, leur pilotage relève encore de construction chemin faisant. Les questions que soulève notre travail concernent à la fois la figure et la posture des acteurs interconnectés, et la dynamique de la coopération au sein des pôles. Nous nous employons ici à définir la physionomie des pôles de compétitivité avant de proposer des modèles de conduites des alliances stratégiques que sous-tendent ces pôles.
