Abstract

Cette communication traite de la gouvernance des clusters et des réseaux d'innovation au sens large à travers le courant théorique de la théorie du club en Economie. La bonne gouvernance des alliances serait celle qui favorise : les partenariats en réseau impliquant un grand nombre de partenaires à la fois tripartites et émanant d'un tissu industriel foisonnant ; des cadres d'action formels significatifs où la conclusion et la conduite des alliances stratégiques seraient strictement encadrées juridiquement ; un engagement fort des partenaires, notamment basé sur la légitimité des partenaires (et des entrepreneurs institutionnels dans le cas des pôles de compétitivité)
