Abstract

Cet ouvrage traite des motivations, des pratiques et des modes de gouvernance complexe des alliances stratégiques inter-entreprises dédiées essentiellement à l'innovation technologique. Il met en exergue des modèles ago-antagonistes complexes qui remettent en question les modèles stratégiques classiques fondés sur les mises en tension concurrence-coopération. La notion de "coopétition" y est mise en avant au même titre que la notion d'écosystème complexe.
