Abstract

Cet article se propose d'éclairer les débats relatifs à la manière d'appréhender la pénurie en eau. Nous montrons qu'il est nécessaire de mobiliser des approches en sciences sociales en général, et en économie en particulier, dans une perspective historique, pour lesquelles l'enjeu est moins lié à la quantification du phénomène qu'à sa compréhension.
