Abstract

La GRH et le management stratégique sont confrontés à un nouvel enjeu : construire les conditions d'une véritable intégration entre les compétences clés de l'entreprise d'une part, et les compétences individuelles mises à leur service ou comme facteurs de leur développement d'autre part. Cet enjeu est délicat à traiter. En effet, il appelle la construction d'un référentiel commun aux différents niveaux de la compétence, et qui permet de rendre compatibles un objectif organisationnel de pilotage des compétences individuelles / collectives / stratégiques et un objectif RH d'évaluation et d'évolution des compétences individuelles au regard de la construction des compétences collectives et stratégiques. La présente communication porte sur la construction d'un tel référentiel en mobilisant une méthode d'analyse de cas comparative.
