Abstract

Dans les représentations de nombreux salariés, devenir cadre est très contraignant. Leurs priorités sont au contraire de garder du temps pour soi et sa famille, et de conserver son identité professionnelle. Ainsi, une partie des salariés des professions intermédiaires ne souhaite pas renoncer au métier pour des activités managériales, ni rejoindre une catégorie de personnel souvent considérée à part au sein de l'entreprise.
