Quelques réflexions sur le métier de professeur de sciences de gestion

Abstract

L'auteur fait une distinction entre le professeur de gestion et le professeur de sciences de gestion. Ce qui, selon lui, distingue le professeur de sciences de gestion du professeur de gestion, c'est qu'il est à la fois enseignant et chercheur alors que le professeur de gestion nourrit son enseignement de son expérience de praticien. Sont évoqués dans cette conférence destinée à de futurs professeurs en sciences de gestion différents problèmes auxquels ils pourront être confrontés : celui justement des relations entre recherche et enseignement mais aussi celui des relations entre recherche et pratique. L'accent est mis sur la responsabilité du professeur de sciences de gestion à l'égard de tous ceux qui participent au fonctionnement des organisations.
