Abstract

L'internationalisation de la recherche & développement (R&D) des firmes multinationales (FMN) considérée comme stratégie destinée à accroître les connaissances dans un espace cognitif mondial fortement polarisé, présente des risques de dispersion. Quels sont ces risques de dispersion ? Et surtout comment s'y prennent ces firmes afin de mettre en place des assurances ? Nous montrons que des pratiques d'intégration entre les différentes unités de R&D sont possibles et qu'elles consistent en des organisations subtiles associant des logiques de processus à des logiques de situation.
