Abstract

Le 20 septembre 2011 l'Autorité de la concurrence a pris la décision de retirer l'autorisation de concentration accordée en 2006 par le ministre en charge de l'Économie à Vivendi Universal et au groupe Canal Plus. Cette décision a pour caractéristiques, d'une part d'être inédite en droit français et, d'autre part, de concerner un secteur important et en forte évolution (Aut. conc., déc. n° 11-D-32, 20 sept. 2011, relative au respect des engagements figurant dans la décision autorisant l'acquisition de TPS et CanalSatellite par Vivendi Universal et Groupe Canal Plus).
