Abstract

Le phénomène de mutations de l'environnement international, de croisement d'opportunités et de menaces touche toutes les entreprises quelle que soit leur taille. La petite et moyenne entreprise ne fait pas exception à ce mouvement d'internationalisation malgré la complexité de ce projet étant ses spécificités. Diverses modalités d'internationalisation se présentent à la PME pour ses activités extra-frontalières. Dans ce présent travail, nous souhaitons étudier les partenariats avec les grandes entreprises comme forme d'internationalisation de la PME et comprendre leur rôle dans le développement international de la PME
