Abstract

La gestion de crise est un phénomène qui prend de plus en plus d'ampleur depuis quelques années. Plusieurs auteurs se sont attardés à proposer des classifications dans le but d'identifier facilement une situation de crise. De la même manière que la gestion de crise, la Responsabilité Sociale de l'Entreprise (RSE) est un champ de recherche qui attire l'attention de plusieurs chercheurs. En effet, en dépit du nombre important de recherches sur les deux sujets, peu d'entre elles se sont intéressées à rapprocher ces deux littératures. L'objectif de cet article est donc d'étudier les stratégies RSE en temps de crise intraitable (e.g. les catastrophes naturelles), identifié à partir de la matrice proposée par Gundel (2005). Pour ce faire, nous nous baserons sur les recherches de Martinet et Payaud (2008) et Clarkson (1995) qui ont repéré les formes de stratégies RSE adoptées par les firmes ainsi que leur positionnement. Cet article, à visée managérial, ne propose pas de panacée pour les dirigeants confrontant une telle crise, mais une grille d'analyse leur permettant de mieux appréhender ce type d'événement.
