Abstract

Nous ne disposons à ce jour d'aucune grille de lecture universelle pour évaluer la politique RSE d'une entreprise, et ce en dépit de l'existence de nombreux indicateurs et de l'expansion du marché de l'analyse sociétale. Toutefois, s'il est envisageable de parvenir à un consensus international sur les indicateurs environnementaux, cela semble difficile pour les critères sociaux. C'est pourquoi nous nous proposons dans ce chapitre de dresser un canevas d'analyse en vue de mieux cerner les critères devant conduire à une évaluation objective de la performance sociale des politiques RSE.
