Abstract

Le désir des Français d'accéder à la propriété n'a jamais été aussi fort malgré le niveau des prix actuel. Dans un contexte de concurrence entre les territoires et de processus de métropolisation résultant de la concentration des populations, des emplois et des richesses dans un nombre limité de métropoles, une connaissance approfondie des marchés immobiliers locaux est devenue nécessaire. Puisant dans le gisement incomparable d'informations que constituent les bases immobilières notariales, cette étude de l'université Paris-Dauphine s'attache à livrer une meilleure compréhension du fonctionnement global de ces marchés dans l'aire urbaine. En analysant les transactions de logements anciens sur douze des plus grandes agglomérations françaises de 1998 à 2010, cet ouvrage met en évidence des différences notables entre ces villes et en leur sein même, entre les trois zones qui composent l'aire urbaine : la ville-centre, la banlieue et le périurbain. Né du partenariat entre l'université Paris-Dauphine, le Conseil supérieur du notariat et la Chambre Interdépartementale des notaires de Paris, cet ouvrage constitue une référence pour les chercheurs et tous les acteurs du logement en France.
