Abstract

Dans cet article, les auteurs, un psychosociologue et un gestionnaire, se livrent à une analyse critique approfondie du système pédagogique de l'ESC d'Amiens, un système particulièrement innovant. Ils ont recours au langage psychologique pour parler des modes de relation qui caractérisent la stratégie éducative de l'Ecole et au langage stratégique pour traiter de ses relations avec son environnement.
