Abstract

Que de débats contradictoires, de querelles passionnées entre défenseurs et détracteurs de la planification dans la littérature en management des cinquante dernières années ! Simple outil au service de la mise en œuvre des décisions pour les uns, véritable démarche créatrice de stratégie pour les autres, la planification laisse rarement indifférent, aujourd'hui encore, les chercheurs en management. Dans ce contexte, l'objet général de l'ouvrage vise à mieux comprendre les pratiques effectives de planification organisationnelle, sur le champ singulier des petites et moyennes entreprises industrielles.
