Abstract

Cet ouvrage présente les thèmes essentiels de la communication , sous forme de fiches de 4 pages, synthétiques, claires et structurées. Chaque fiche peut être étudiée séparément, et commence par un mini-encadré (point-clef) et se termine par un encadré '"l'oeil du professionnel 'ou "petites expériences du chercheur" instructives et amusantes. Tous les grands thèmes sont couverts : les différents types de communication (mix, interne, financière, de crise), la stratégie de communication (fondements et mise en oeuvre), les outils de la communication, et la communication responsable (enjeux juridiques et éthiques).
