Respuestas de los jóvenes ante la precariedad : propuestas para un debate urgente

Abstract

Este artículo trata de los procesos de precarización social y laboral de los jóvenes en los países capitalistas avanzados, enlazándolos con las respuestas que pueden emerger para regenerar unas pautas radicales y auto-organizadas de acción sindical. En la primera parte profundizaremos en el marco global de este proceso de precarización y mercantilización del trabajo y de la vida, considerando el rol que juegan los jóvenes en este proyecto de reforma integral de la empresa capitalista y de sus relaciones sociolaborales segmentadas. Acto seguido pasaremos, en la segunda parte, a presentar algunas propuestas y experiencias que han ido alzándose contra esta creciente subordinación y fragmentación de los trabajadores y demás precarios, apuntando al protagonismo que pueden tener los jóvenes en la superación de los marcos de acción sindical convencional, tratando de construir nuevos referentes comunes o convergentes de replanteamiento de un modelo económico y social capitalista que debe hacer frente a su crisis de legitimidad.
