Abstract

La diversité des formes prises par les circuits courts nécessite tout d'abord de présenter leur spécificité générale en terme de relations interpersonnelles entre producteurs et consommateurs basées sur la confiance. Dans le même temps, cette diversité même conduit à interpréter les formes d'organisation des échanges comme relatives à différentes modalités d'interaction telles que décrites par différents Mondes de production. Rattachant les circuits courts principalement au Monde de l'innovation, il s'agira ensuite d'étudier dans quelle mesure certains circuits courts, à savoir les systèmes de panier, peuvent être analysés au regard de la littérature sur l'entrepreneuriat. L'agriculteur en circuit court apparait comme ayant plutôt un profil d'entrepreneur routinier, qui privilégie l'innovation d'exploitation conformément à la logique patrimoniale d'un entrepreneur PIC.
