Abstract

L'administration française a développé depuis une dizaine d'années des travaux pour enrichir le calcul économique public et mieux intégrer dans les évaluations les dimensions environnementales. Ce papier décrit le processus de production de ces référentiels en partant du travail mené sur la valeur tutélaire du carbone et met en évidence les caractéristiques de ce processus et les enjeux pour les politiques publiques.
