Abstract

Ce chapitre propose une modélisation heuristique et une série de propositions pour le management stratégique de la grande entreprise de services de réseau (Energie, télécommunication, travail temporaire, banque...) et dont le territoire influence la quasi-totalité des choix stratégiques et organisationnels. Cette modélisation a un objectif procédural, c'est-à-dire qu'elle identifie et dynamise les dimensions de ce management stratégique compte tenu de l'importance spécifique du territoire. Elle s'efforce d'intégrer plusieurs approches théoriques compatibles mises à l'épreuve lors d'une série de recherches cliniques et de recherches-actions. Ainsi, nous présentons l'objectif, l'épistémologie et la méthodologie de la recherche (1), puis nous proposons les dimensions fondamentales de cette modélisation (2) et, d'autre part l'intégration dynamique de ces dimensions par les middle managers (3).
