Abstract

The digitized technological globalization, linked with the financial stage of capitalism are producing several and deap processes of liquefaction, especially in continental European countries. The generalization of tensed flows implies lopped rythms and monotonous successions of micro events for over boosted consumers and " 24/24 wifi managers " who are pressed to be always hypersynchronized. Firms, economic systems and societies are facing growing difficulties to maintain the desire of tired and annoyed actors for whom monotony becomes atony. New cultural projects, new governance and managerial processes which are able to involve different stakeholders, to produce new insights and issues in organizations are necessary. The target of this article is to develop and to well-document this topic, from a business policy and strategic management point of view, very close to organizational practices and tools, without neglegting the reflexion on the philosophy of management.
