Abstract

Cette communication vise à proposer un instrument d'amélioration de la qualité du management et de la compétitivité des entreprises : l'audit de valorisation de l'expertise humaine. Il s'agit d'associer les pratiques de valorisation des ressources humaines au concept de compétence.
