Abstract

L'évolution permanente des besoins de formation vers plus d'efficacité, plus de flexibilité et moins de coûts a favorisé l'émergence d'outils pédagogiques et informatiques dont l'objectif est en quelque sorte l'industrialisation de la formation. Cette évolution concerne aussi bien la formation académique que la formation en entreprise. Le développement du e-learning en tant que nouvelle méthode d'apprentissage représente une alternative assez prometteuse dans la nouvelle révolution affectant les modes de travail. Cet outil a permis d'orienter les entreprises vers une culture digitale centrée sur la création et la diffusion des savoirs pour former un nombre assez large de salariés dispersés géographiquement sans contraintes de temps et d'espace. L'objectif de cette recherche est d'étudier l'impact des facteurs individuels (absorption cognitive) et sociaux (Influence Sociale) sur l'acceptation du e-learning par les salariés en se basant sur le Modèle d'Acceptation de la Technologie.
