Abstract

Notre propos est d'apporter un éclairage sur la relation entre absentéisme et variables organisationnelles. En effet, beaucoup d'études se sont focalisées, soit sur des facteurs individuels (l'âge, l'ancienneté, le sexe...), soit sur des facteurs organisationnels (support organisationnel, style de leadership, les caractéristiques du travail...) et ont parfois combiné ces deux types de facteurs. Cependant, nous pouvons observer que beaucoup de travaux anglo-saxons reposent sur une analyse quantitative de l'impact d'une variable (la satisfaction au travail, l'implication au travail, la justice organisationnelle, le support organisationnel ou des facteurs individuels tels que l'âge, le sexe...) sur l'absentéisme, en intégrant l'effet de variables modératrices.
