L'influence de la mission de productivité des experts-comptables sur l'introduction de la consolidation des comptes en France au début des années 1950

Abstract

Les premiers articles et ouvrages traitant de consolidation des comptes ont été publiés en France au milieu des années 1950 ; bien avant que les sociétés à la tête d'un groupe ne produisent et publient une information financière consolidée. La quasi-totalité de ces articles et ouvrages se réfère à une communication présentée en 1954 au congrès annuel de la Compagnie nationale des experts-comptables par François-Maurice Richard et Albert Veyrenc, respectivement Président et Président d'honneur de cet important syndicat d'expertscomptables. L'objet de cette recherche est de montrer l'influence directe de la mission de productivité des experts-comptables français aux Etats-Unis du printemps 1951 sur l'étude présentée par Richard et Veyrenc au congrès de la Compagnie nationale des experts-comptables organisé à Dijon en 1954
