Abstract

Ce papier vise à présenter une revue de la littérature théorique de la dynamique d'innovation intrapreneuriale et des leviers qu'une organisation peut mobiliser. Les modèles intrapreneuriaux les plus significatifs seront présentés et analysés comme ceux de Burgelman, 1983 ; Guth et Ginsberg, 1990 ; Covin et Slevin, 1991 ; Lumpkin et Dess, 1996 ;Antoncic et Hisrich, 2001 ; Manimala, Jose et Thomas (2005). Nous aborderons ces modèles en tentant de mettre en évidence la complexité et la richesse de ce concept. Parmi ces modèles, celui d'Ireland, Kuratko et Morris (2006) s'avère être le plus complet, mettant en avant le fait que la stratégie intrapreneuriale peut conduire à la performance si les managers s'appuient sur quatre leviers fondamentaux que sont le management des ressources humaines, la culture, la structure et le contrôle. Nous conclurons en abordant les développements les plus récents de la littérature sur ce concept.
