Y-a-t-il un lien entre structure organisationnelle et contenu des tableaux de bord ? Cas des entreprises au Maroc

Abstract

Durant ces dernières décennies, les systèmes de mesure de la performance, notamment les tableaux de bord, ont fait l'objet de plusieurs travaux de recherche. Ces recherches ont démontré, dans le cadre de la théorie de la contingence, que le contenu des tableaux de bord dépend de plusieurs facteurs organisationnels comme la taille, la stratégie, l'incertitude environnementale, etc. Toutefois, les travaux portant sur l'impact de la structure organisationnelle sur la diversité du contenu des tableaux de bord sont encore rares. Cet article examine les indicateurs intégrés dans les tableaux de bord de 62 entreprises installées au Maroc et leur influence par la structure organisationnelle. Les résultats de cette recherche montrent que l'équilibrage des tableaux de bord n'est pas relié au degré de la décentralisation structurelle.
