Abstract

Our research is a conceptual proposition about the activity transfer between the members of the grocery supply chain, namely the consumer, retailer and supplier, and its impact on the productivity of each actor. This article shows the interest of studying the productivity in a multichannel context and in a holistic perspective (on the entire supply chain). This work will thus allow a better reflection on possible improvements of the global supply chain management in a cross-channel strategy of the various marketing channels.
