Abstract

Longtemps considérée comme une profession plutôt masculine, la profession comptable libérale[1] se féminise de plus en plus. Les femmes représentent aujourd'hui plus de 40% des experts-comptables stagiaires. Pourtant, seulement 18% des experts-comptables inscrits au tableau sont des femmes. Nous vous proposons notre analyse et réflexion sur cette évolution majeure pour l'avenir de la profession.
