Abstract

La diffusion de l'expression 'développement durable' invite aujourd'hui à s'interroger sur le contenu des projets de différents groupes sociaux ou acteurs qui se sont désormais rangés sous cette bannière. Quelles recompositions socio-institutionnelles peut-on observer ? Quelles implications ces changements ont-ils sur les systèmes d'action et les choix techniques et économiques aux différentes échelles territoriales ? Peut-on donner un contenu au développement durable sur les scènes micro-régionales et locales ?
